Do you enjoy reading about encounters with the French language and culture?
These books take a humorous look at cultural clashes between French and English cultures, and of course language is usually an integral part of this.
Highly recommended is William Alexander’s “Flirting with French” which describes the American author’s life-long journey trying to learn French, as is the “Merde” series by Britain’s Stephen Clarke.
